Explore how seasonal variations influence cow’s routine, milk and cheese taste. From the fresh brightness of spring to the rich robustness of winter, discover how cheese evolves throughout the year.

In this kid-friendly masterclass, our expert cheesemonger will take your littles ones through the varieties of cheese on offer to enjoy, keeping kids engaged and interested with a fun quiz and the chance to win cheesy prizes.

Tomme Daubée is a very traditional preparation from the Rhone Valley and Dauphiné region, where Alex is from. This dish has been made in his family for a very long time, and its ingredients differ from the traditional canuts dish. It’s an easy cold preparation to make and the perfect dip for summer if people want to recreate it at home. For the Bon Fromage Festival, Alex will present a unique recipe for Tomme Daubée, featuring a special crème fraîche prepared with Brillat-Savarin.
